Data Storage Responsibility

SLP Tracker stores your therapy session data directly in your personal Google Drive account. We do not store, process, or have access to your therapy data on our servers.

HIPAA Compliance

If you use this application with Protected Health Information (PHI), you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your Google Workspace account has a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Google
  • Configuring your Google account in compliance with HIPAA requirements
  • Understanding that SLP Tracker acts solely as a data processor interface, not a data storage provider

User Acknowledgment

By using this application, you acknowledge that the security and compliance of your stored data is governed by your agreement with Google, not with SLP Tracker. We recommend consulting with your organization's compliance officer before using this tool with PHI.

What We Store (Non-PHI Only)

On Our Servers

  • - Your email address
  • - Subscription status
  • - Anonymous usage metrics (session counts)
  • - Template IDs (UUIDs only, no names)

In Your Google Drive

  • - Template names and goals
  • - Session data and scores
  • - All therapy-related content
  • - Notes and progress data
